A lifetime resident of Charleston, South Carolina, Mr. Stavrinakis has been in restaurant industry for over 27 years as the founder and CEO of Manny’s Grills, Cafes and Franchise Group. A graduate of Charleston Southern University in 1986 with a B.S. in Economics and a lifetime member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox church. He is a platinum member of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Navy League of the University States. Current member Board of Trustees of The Medical University of South Carolina since 2012.

Jerry began his career in restaurant brokering from the public sector.  He was a supervising investigator with the State of California, Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).  He handled the licensing of a number of restaurants and bars in his position as investigator and is extremely knowledgeable with liquor license laws and policies.  He has sold both franchised and non-franchised food & beverage related businesses.
